our story

Vacatastic was founded in 1965 in Berea, OH as a family–oriented vacation planning service dedicated to making the most out of summer vacation. Vacatastic has been passed down generations to brother and sister Nick and Elizabeth James. The passionate new owners are ready to follow their grandparents’ footprints in the sand. Vacatastic has been modernized to accommodate today’s struggles in the travel industry.

Sometimes the best parts of your vacation are getting to spend some alone time. Let us make your reservations while you relax. Our most popular private reservations are for beachside cabanas or private dining options.

personalized itinerary

At Vacatastic, we understand that it can be stressful to plan a vacation. With the personalized itinerary add-on, we will create a fully detailed schedule that fully plans out every aspect of your trip, from meals to day trips and everything in between.

insurance

With the insurance add-on, you have 100% insurance on your trip. If you need to reschedule for any reason or need to cancel, we take care of everything and ensure that you are refunded to the full extent.

passport services

Do you plan on traveling outside of the country? Do you need to get a passport or need to update your passport? With the passport add-on, we will help you through the passport process and ensure that you have your passport on time.
